Classes
Enjoy the full benefits of fun and educational activities for children and adults. Choose from activities to fit your interests or put together a custom hands-on class or classes to meet individual needs, regardless of age. Classes for children and adults are available any time by appointment year-round.

Field Trips
Field trips are designed for school groups, scout troops, camps or any group you want to put together! Scouts and other youth organizations can schedule day programs or overnights to work on activities to fulfill badges, patches or pins. Teachers can choose science, history, and art activities to fit their particular curriculum needs. Fees vary according to the activities and day or overnight programming.

CMU Graduate Courses – Professional Development for Teachers and Interested Others
Graduate credit classes for educators through Central Michigan University, Off-Campus Programs at Raven Hill Discovery Center are offered year-round: two consecutive weekends during the school year and one week (Monday through Thursday) during the summer months. Classes are fro 8 am to 5 pm. Interested others are also welcome and can register with Raven Hill directly.
CMU Credit Information
Each session offers three semester hours of graduate credit through Central Michigan University. Credit is accepted by most school districts toward professional certificate renewal or teacher recertification and may also be used to comply with the School Administrator continuing education requirement. If you are working on a degree program, please consult with your advisor or certification office to determine if the course will apply to your program.

Home School Groups
Home School Group visits to Raven Hill Discovery Center can be designed for any age of student from Preschool through High School. You can also combne with other home school groups. Groups can schedule programs to work on topics of their choice including but not limited to history, astronomy, biology, chemistry, physics and more to fit needs. Activities can be designed to introduce, reinforce or review topics. Fees vary according to the activities. Discounts are available. Please call for information on discounts. Special Groups

Families can schedule Birthday Parties – either day or overnight. Groups can choose science, history, and art activities to fit their particular needs. STEM & STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Artistry, Mathematics) Programs
Raven Hill Discovery Center offers a wide variety of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) & STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Artistry, Mathematics) Programs on site or at your site. These can be designed for any age of student from Preschool through High School with subject matter & presentations geared to the specific group. Groups can schedule programs to work on topics of their choice, including but not limited to astronomy, biology, chemistry, physics and more to fit needs. Activities can be designed to introduce, reinforce or review topics including Core Curriculum State Standards (CCSS) and grade level objectives. Fees vary according to the activities. Outreach Programs at Your Site
Special outreach presentations are available to classes, teachers, libraries, clubs, scouts, reunions, day cares and other organizations. Hands-on sessions for children and adults are available in the areas of science, history, or the arts. Programs cost $100 per hour, $500 per day or $300 per half day. Programs include, but are not limited to: Connections; Animals To Go; History Alive!; Art To Go; Museum To Go; Professional Development Workshops; and more!
